SCT Live Wire

Who is running the Livewire with the canned tunes and the DPF on? How is it? Is it worth the money? I know that the DPF off with custom tunes is the way to go, but I have too much warranty left to do all of that right now.

Just my opinion but you run just as much risk of voiding warranty when you run a tuner with the DPF on as you do with it off. The only thing you save is the time it takes to switch it out. So if you are truly worried about warranty then you might want to forget the tuner. The "tuner in a can" versions such as the SCT still flash the PCM and can be traced, they are actually supposed to be much easier to trace than the Banks or Spartan setups. Just want to make sure you are well informed before you throw your warranty out the window. Good Luck.

and doesn't dpf on leave all the soot in the filter which eventually will glog?
so, you end up with that trouble too.. disabling the regens and changing the fuel/air ratio is what makes the improvements..

if you don't do that, then whats the point?
