odd chirp...
new to site.... fairly new to 7.3 but loving it
i have developed a squeal/ chirp that wasnt there 3weeks ago...
have egt trans temp gauge and just put in boost gauge to try and isolate the noise.. turbo is boosting (20/21 psi)stock no tuner... no excessive egts but from cold start until well over 50 miles into warmup there is a chirp that sounds almost like a bearing squeal but its kinda in harmonics with the turbo whine.replaced stock actuator with turbo-master actuator from dieselsite hoping that would stop a poss ratteling wastegate.... but no luck... boost gauge seems stable even during the chirping all the way thru half peddal and then if floored the chirping seems to go away even if the wastegate doesnt dump!then as the rpms decrease it will come and go until idle!!!!!! i am thinking im nutts maybe i hear something for sure but cant see any problems with performance

2000 7.3 stock inj,stock hpop, regulated return fuel sys, ebpv delete pedestal,stock turbo,mbrp turbo back 4"napa filter, IH pipes with diesel site boots, fuelfilter and cooler underframe infront of tank. tw tunes 4 pos not working reliably (engine shut down and ses light irradicaly) so unplugged.. stock 4r100 with bts valvebody...
