Bothwell 2010
Bothwell is a great show. A little far to drive but the weather was great. Trucks were the theme vehicles this year so I got in for free!
Left home late Friday nite, pulled over in kitchner for sleep then carried on in the morning. This show runs Friday and Saturday and is well attended. It's hard to see all the cars and the vendors in one day. Some lucky person walked off with over $17,000 from the 50/50 draw.
I did not stay with my truck but spent time walking through the vendor area and looking at the cars and trucks. When i did return to the truck for lunch or a cold beeverage I was surprised at the level of interest in the truck/camper combination. I even had to explain that this was not a Camper Special.
I had a great time and thought I'd post some pics to get folks in the mood for Arthur.

The Fugly truck was my personal favourite. Very well done rat rod.
Something about it just looked strange though and I could figure it out until I looked at the pictures.
The rear fenders are backwards or from the opposite side that they should be.
The other nice touch was that the "scales" on the hood actually house gauges.
The "Super Cab Over was also unique. Or should I call it it a cab'half over?
For rare - I thought the Econline pick ups were rare enough but to see a Mercury Econline pick is an truly unusual.
I hope these folks all make it up to Arthur.
