Well I've been trying to get a hold of Riffraffperformance aka Clay since last week. Tried calling his shop, sent PM's sent emails and he hasn't responded. Not sure if he's out of town or what.

If anyone knows where he is I really need to get a hold of him in regards to an order I placed with him. Thanks.

 

Have you checked his website? There's a reminder at top that says:

Reminder: The office will be closed 7/23 - 8/5 for Riffraff East Event in Newport, Tennessee. Orders placed during this time will be delayed.
Please e-mail us if you need to know if it will ship next day.

He should be back by now, they had troubles getting home this last week. One of the trucks was having overheating issues. After replacing the waterpump and fan clutch, they finally got it fixed with a new radiator.

 

He is on his way home as we speak. He has been gone for RRE for the last 2 weeks. Be patient with him as I know he has a lot of E mails and phone calls to return.

 

Thanks guys I figured it had to be something like that. Maybe I'll catch up with him tomorrow.

 

Yeah, just know that for 2 weeks of business he probably has 300 emails and endless voicemails. And I bet everyone of them wants to be first in line. I'm glad I'm not him tomorrow.

Honestly, its my fault. Clay was a huge help in getting me and my family home. He was right there all along the way running for parts and tools and helping keep me from losing my mind with my kids.

Rep him if you can guys.

 

I tried to rep him but I'm in time out. He will get with you ASAP. Clay goes above and beyond the call for customer service. He called me out of the blue when he was in town recently just to shake my hand and meet me. He's one of a kind.

 

Clay is without a dout the definition of what the brotherhood stands for. Great guy and the best customer service a person could ask for, not to mention a good friend to all.
