469 compression ratio
I have a 72 460 and i have just learned that the D2ve heads are the worse thing since hitler. I have a set of dove heads to put on . my problem is i have my block decked the pistons are only 5 thousenth in the hole and they are flat top pistons does any know what my compression would be and will have any valve clearance issues I still would like to run 93 octane but i think ill be pushing my luck. i am thinking any thing from 10.5 to 1 to 11.5 to 1 is this the case?
