Oh, I've seen plenty of Alaska, but in short periods. I've never taken more then a day or two off for a long camping weekend..ect.
And the traveling is mostly to visit family or friends or for events.

I know a guy who buys old military Tugs which in AK are mostly 4x4 and puts snow plows on them. Perfect driveway rig for sure!

I know some people love weeks away from home, but I can't handle more then 7-10 days out of Alaska...seriously home sick right now. I'm a real home body and should have planned this trip a little shorter.
I'm not one for the big city driving, nor the crazy parking costs! But I don't like public transit, I like to have my freedom to move whenever I want to not on a schedule.

Twitchy, sorry I didn't get with you sooner. The second half of this trip was not planned well so much of it was spur of the moment "lets go" kinda thing.

That's just cold! 
As long as we (me and my brother) time it right, we usually miss the traffic congestion on 101/10/17/51 as we travel to the different parks when we're over for Spring Training.

Drove it!
After replacing all injector O-rings, then #1 injector, then #6 injector. It was a relief to have it fire right up and not smoke like a hippy at a Grateful Dead concert. Just in time to sit in a parking lot for seven days after we leave for our cruise to Alaska. Next Sunday can't come quick enough, I'm super excited.
