Nice having all that cargo space huh? That bike looks like it had seen better days is it one of those Chinese brands or somethibg name brand?
No idea, I'd put my money on Chinese though. It's been rode hard and put away wet its whole life, but he has a lot of fun on it and it's a good starter to get him acquainted with them.
Today I replaced the rotors and pads with slotted and drilled ones and I discovered my COP on #6 is "held "on with a zip tie. Yep I got the p0356 code and freaked. Looked into it and no bolt holding #6 down, just a zip tie, kinda floating free. I'm guessing it vibrated the wrong way just enough. Gotta love previous owners and their "ingenuity". Once its light out I'll see if the bolts stripped or broken and go from there
If it's wrecked and repainted I don't think 'authenticity' matters anymore...
But if it's a rusted out pile that has every panel replaced with new steel to rebuild it, that's OK? Like many of the restoration shows you see on TV. The last wreck this car has was over 30 years ago. I don't see how a refresh of makes not "non-authentic"
Are they strict about trailer registration over your way? My travel trailer hasn't been registered since 2007. I keep saying "I'll do it next summer" but it has not happened yet and i've put 2500 miles on it haha
Wow, down here you'd have lost your license by now - I envy you.
$172.50 and demerit points every time they catch you, same goes for inspection. Yearly registrations and inspections are just another way for them to tax us I guess.
