That's a good in idea too. But I'm more interested in one's that protect like rock sliders. I am probably going to have to build them

Changed out the IAC valve today, was a quick 5 minute job. Now the X idles the way
it should. You cant even tell it's running when stopped at a red light now. Gas mileage
has climbed from 4 mpg to 11 since I changed out the spark plugs.

No. Not on the inside. So useless for heating up soup.

lucky me my wife said shes throwing out all our teflon pans as they are supposed to be poisioning people slowly, im going to bolt one over my stock diff cover so i can have magtech like protection!!!

Yep. I try to only cook with cast iron now. Exceptions are when we're camping (cast iron is heavy) and cooking with milk. A good, seasoned cast iron pot or skillet is as nonstick as Teflon for most foods.

my personal pan is cast iron i love seasoning them with my bacon, my wife has all these new stainless steel with copper bottoms.
