I have some 285 duratracs on my Ex. I have not taken them off road so I don't know how they behave in those conditions but I like how they are on pavement and how they look.
Mine must have been 285s, too many numbers. I drive over red mountain pass every other weekend so I know they do very well in snow and ice. They were fine in sand and rocks at the lake. Will find a mudhole someday....
Took it out for a camping weekend next to Camp Pendleton. Hear them practicing their artillery. God Bless the USA!
Man, I haven't heard any artillery in a long time. I had some great times out at Camp Pendleton, training for my primary MOS and then a few visits over the years. Miss the whole military thing sometimes.

I do not miss mount ****. Had both feet completely covered on bottom with moleskin after every inch became blisters
Round tripped the mountains yesterday 376 miles, took the Scouts to the slopes, the Ex lie-o-meter says 20.5 MPG, ran perfectly. The tow/haul is great for keeping the speed down on a 8% decent.
I got some stuff done to my Lincoln. Dropped the front of the car so it's only a inch higher than the rear now. Than I did a egr delete, carb swap, new plugs, wires and timed it.
Not the best pic, but can see the new stuff anyways.
