Max a/c 80% gone
My 2001 F250 A/C works fine on normal A/c but when I move the switch to Max air volume drops 80%, is there a vent door not opening?

99 percent of the time when this happens, you will find something has been sucked into the air intake from out of your glove box, like napkins or paperwork or shopping bag. Look at the recirculate intake and I will bet you will find your mystery solved there.
