I have an 08 F350 and attempted to get Summit to honor the 4wheelonline.com price, but because the 4wheelonline.com site doesn't give specific part numbers they wouldn't do it. I mentioned others from FTE had received it and he indicated this may be identified at a later date and cause the shipment placed on hold.
GOOD NEWS
I found my4by.com has the Rancho shocks I need and shows the Rancho part numbers RS999042 & RS999047) identifical to Summit's for $80.15 each.
Contacted Summit and they gladly honored the price, out the door, of $333.55 (including shipping). Fronts are on hand and the rears should drop ship from Michigan within a week.
just wondering if anyone has tried the wireless controller for the RS9000XL's yet.....it looks like something I could use but wanted to make sure it was worthwhile.....
you guys are great bargain shoppers ! I was fine giving my local brick and mortar 100 each then getting my 25 bucks each back from rancho .. I hate waiting for the mailman lol
but at the end of the deal 75 each for these shocks was a better deal than my bilsteins that fell flat on their face compared to all the hype ,, now if they were adjustable .. who knows
the wireless controller looks cool also but I am saving that $ for my airbag wirless controller ..
I found after I set my shocks where I liked them I have not chenged them .. even under different conditions like towing/loads etc
