my voltages are reversed at closed throttle i have 5 volts full throttle is under 2. from what i have read key on engine off i should have between .6 and 1.0 volts at the sensor is this correct?

When you install it check the voltage at idle, you want it to be as close to 1 volt as possible. It will help part throttle performance. Sometimes you have to enlarge the holes or slots in the TPS to get it to read to your liking.
