TPS problem

hi
having problems figuring out my KOEO 23 error. ( i have no other codes )
i have a 86 5.0 efi that i replaced the original TPS senosr it had dead spots
the problem is i tossed it and now i am having problems with the one i bought from NAPA WELLS tps202

my voltages are reversed at closed throttle i have 5 volts full throttle is under 2. from what i have read key on engine off i should have between .6 and 1.0 volts at the sensor is this correct?
mine is at 5 volts

talked to napa after visiting Wells website
Napa gave me the wrong part
should of been tps228

When you install it check the voltage at idle, you want it to be as close to 1 volt as possible. It will help part throttle performance. Sometimes you have to enlarge the holes or slots in the TPS to get it to read to your liking.
