Quick Question on Air Conditioning

Have a 96 Ranger with 4.0. I need to change my a/c clutch cycling switch that mounts on the dryer. I'm thinking that i can change it without draining the system. Just want know if i can?

You will loose nothing if you remove the cycling switch.

Shweeet!! I gotta do the same deal! I was gonna ask if anyone knew the ac freon capacity, but I reckon I'll just pop the new switch in and see.

Just changed switch and had no lost of 134a.
