Thanks! Looks like there is more pins than the charge indicator that I need to swap.

Ok I rewired the harnesses. The check engine light and anti lock brake warning have been swapped. The charge indicator output and input have been put in the correct place. I still have a mis fire, but my voltage gauge in the truck is showing 12 volts.

The cluster will have nothing to with the miss fire.
Put a High Voltage checker on each spark plug wire and see if one is higher or lower than the rest.

High Voltage checker = Snap-on MT2700

oh yeah the voltage at the battery while idling is now 13.9 and 14.05 at 2000rpms
