I can help you out a little,there are plenty of others who really are the experts,one will be along shortly.

F10=F100,half ton

J =engine code,223 c.i.

9 =model year,1959

R =plant,San Jose,Ca.

30781=consecutive number

Color E= Colonial White

Date=31 March 1959 (?)

Transmission A=standard 3 speed

Axle 02a(?)=I think this means 3.89 axle ratio

Like I said,I'm no expert.If I'm mistaken,someone will be along shortly,to give you the correct info,and to rip me a new one.Steve.
