Visited my cousins in Colorado Springs and drove up to Douglas, Wy for the night. On to Missoula tomorrow.
Wasn't a good day at the track....I caught the #1 man and eventual winner in the first round of eliminations and lost by .053 seconds. Ran right at my dial in time, and so did he. I cut a decent light at .067, he cut a great one at .017.... so he had a little in the bank.
Went down swingin' though

If you had to lose, especially in the first round, THAT's how to do it.
You didn't beat yourself, and with that reaction time, you were well on your way to a win.

Steve, she sits there, waiting to be put together. It's been a headache what with job hunting, moving everything (still allot to move, including the truck), and just lots of ex drama.

Yes, we had no spring, just went from winter through half of June and now people are talking end of summer? I'm just not ready for that. I have been enjoying a number of perfect days with temps from the sixties to the eighties and I don't want it to end. Summer in my neighborhood is like an ongoing block party!
