kind of sounds like skeets in omaha. that is some of the best bbq. thats how i learned to grill. and make my own bbq sause.

A few years ago, a guy from Texas opened a small barbecue place in town...great BBQ and all the fixins...collard greens. homemade corn bread w/ pecan butter, BBQ'd beans etc!!!...he did the cooking and ran the place by himself and couldn't make a go of it...too bad because it was really good!!!

that's why McDonald's will spend more than the cost to build a new location in research of demographics before commiting to a new franchise.

i think they expanded there menu. i was in omaha last year and its goooooooood. i bought my brother lunch from there. i've known the owner for 20 years. he's a grill master. when i was younger i worked on his van. and we've been friends since. its cool
talk about good bbq thats the place to go. i learned alot about that stuff. thats how i grill.
