looking for a part #. Help

tore done my 04 again and want to replace ipr this time. cannot find the right part #. its an 04 built in late sept. 03. i am confused on the # . i find them for 03-04 and 04-07, so is it 3c3z-96968-aa or 5c32968ca. thanks for you help..

For '03-'04 engines, the correct part number is CM-5054. For '05-'07 engines it's CM-5126.
