Side windows rock back and forth??
Both of my side windows rock from front to rear?? I'm about to add power windows and would like to take care of this problem first... It's a 79 F-100 and I don't think it is the regulators because all there is, is a nylon block that slides in the track?? Anyone else with the same problem and how did you fix it??

There are two tracks you can unbolt, one`s bolt I believe is visible when you open the door and the other goes down into the door from the vent window. You should be able to unbolt these and adjust them or shim them to make it quit rockin. It might be really worn out felts though. I know my brothers moves in and out some but he has no felt in one of his tracks.
