Where to start?

I bought a used 2007f350 turbo diesel 4x4 super duty with long bed last year.....I have been using it for my 20ft toy hauler, and some commuting....It is stock, where should I start to increase fuel mileage?
It only has 50,000 miles on it and currently gets 14-15mpg city and 10-11 towing...any way to increase fuel mileage and not spend a boat load?

The sheapest and easiest way is to change your driving style... Keep it under 65 and don't take off fast. SCt will help but you will see the biggest improvement with driving style.

thanks for the advice, but I already drive like that.....just thought there was some other way ie..computer?

Allthough its a big selling point, tuners are not goin to help much in the way of mpg's. They are mainly for the performance aspect of things. Sorry but thats just the truth, you're not gonna find anything out there thats gonna give you the type of mileage you may be lookin for. Again tuners will help, but very little.
