Please help

I am having trouble with my ac ihave checked all wiring and relays for shorts. The only thing I can come up with is my fuse in the cab got pushed in too far so now the fuse won't connect like it is supposed to and falls right out it's the third fuse from the top my blower still work with an outside 12 volt source and ground. If any one has herd of this problam before give me some feedback please if not what would be the best solution other than buying a new fuse compartment??
