Have new offy dual port ( good deal on ebay) but have no info. I assume the lower runner are the primary ports. This sits the carb sideways with choke to firewall. I have located extra long throttle cable from 4.3 v6 chev. I know for shame, but it looks like it wll work fine. any info greatly appreciated!!

here's some input on your offy manifold the choke needs to be on the engine side so your primary throttle bores is run down the smaller ports in the manifold therefore keeping low end tourqe which this is what the six is all about

 

I used a Lokar throttle cable (24" I think) and works great.

On my manifold, I used a spacer plate and could NOT orient the choke on my Holley towards the engine. The stud pattern precluded that.

Did you get the Offy EGR plate too?

 

that is strange my offy dualport did not come with any spacer or egr adapter nor did I now of any egr plates . Though my manifold came from jegs and my 1-inch four hole spacer came from the local parts store. Then I ended up using my stock throttle cable and bracket in addition w/ a peice of angle iron. Here's a question for you. Is your vehicle auto or standard and if it is auto what did you use for a kick down linkage? My vehicle does not have one hooked up at the moment. oh yeah for input this setup is on a 79 f150 with a c6 automatic.

 

Well, my '74 F100 has a fresh 300 I-6 and C6 trans (w/B&M shift kit) in it.

I am not running any kickdown linkage off my Holley at this time. I am also using a B&M Truck Megashifter to effect the downshift if necessary.
