Question Head help --> urgent

Hi all,
I have a 1989 F350 crewcab 351EFI/C6/4.10. This is my daily driver and tow rig. My mechanic broke some of the intake-to-head bolts off while trying to correct an intake gasket problem. He says they are corroded. We've decide to to pull the heads to remove the bolts and do a valve job. The engine has 110k and he says looks immaculate on the inside.
Questions:
1. What can I do to the heads cheaply for a little more power? 3 angle valve job?
2. It has the AIR system that has connections to the exhaust manifolds. Since the heads are off, I would like to change this to the setup that has the AIR connecting to the back of the head(s). Can this be done? What do I need to do this?

Thanks in advance for the info!

Head help --> urgent

I wouldn't be happier if I could just tell you to bolt on a set of better heads due to interference with the fuel injection system, but I think you could get away with installing a set of GT40P heads, and a set of 351w truck direct replacement headers. The stock heads and manifolds really choke off flow on a 351, you essentially have 302 heads on it, and these heads are too small for even a 302. you can get the heads new for around 250 a piece, and the headers for 150. You will have to get the head bolt passages drilled out to 1/2 inch, and get a set of shorty spark plugs designed for the heads. That is the only suggestion I have right now, but do not follow this advice unless others agree.....just a thought...
