A/C problems
why does this thang blow hot air out of the a/c until you get to movin seems to cool fine while you are in motion but as soon as you stop here comes hot air. the compressor is still in lock up mode fan is running there is just a temp change just doesn't seem right? I just replaced a/c system last year dew to a bad a/c comp. 03 f250 6.0 crew 4x4

no leaks was doing the same thing after I replaced a/c system just thought that was norm until I got in a friends truck this after noon as soon as he started the truck got cold air he has an 06 6.0 dually 4x4 crew. went to get a load of hay pulled up in field to load the hay and it never quiet blowing cold air and it's hot as h... in ga. right now

You say you did, or had or had the a/c re-done. Are you sure the proper amount of refrigerant was put back into it? The only way to know is to put a set of gauges on it.
My truck doesn't even have a heater shut-off valve. The valve only closes when the a/c is on Max. So it should still blow cold regardless of the valve.

After checking for leaks I ended up poping out the orifus filter and it was clogged. Sounds like the same issue I was having.

got off work today 105 deg.f on the overhead turn a/c on max left work drove home takes about 40 min. to get home discharge temp. got down to 58 about a mile from the house pulled up in drive way let set an idel for 3 min. temp on discharge went to 68 and was climbing still. increased rpms to about 1400 temp drop some on the discarge air
