IT IS ACTING SIMILAR TO A BAD CPS ON A 7.3; IT WILL BE RUNNING DOWN THE ROAD FINE AND THEN ACTS LIKE YOU SHUT THE KEY OFF. HE SAYS HE PULLS TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND IT WILL START RIGHT UP AND DOWN THE ROAD HE GOES AGAIN FOR AWHILE AND THEN IT HAPPENS AGAIN.THERE ARE NO OTHER PROBLEMS OR SYMPTOMS OFF ANYTHING. I AM NOT FIMILIAR WITH THE 6.0 SO I AM LOOKING FOR SOME HELP SO I CAN HELP HIM OUT. DO THEY HAVE A SIMILAR CPS PROBLEM LIKE THE 7.3 OR IS IT SOMETHING ELSE?

THANKS <o></o>

It needs to be code scanned. On a 6.0 a CPS is virtually bulletproof although with the engine "stalling" it may throw a CPS code and the CPS be fine. It could be a harness chaff problem--it was fairly common on early 6.0's--and it may not throw a code.
