92 Flareside ext cab 351 auto. So I have a problem with electrical. I think it is a ground problem but all the grounds that I have found look good. I have no spark no fuel pumps, and the computer wont even run the obd test. I cant read volt across a fuse unless I ground it somewhere other than the fuse. If i put my positive lead on a fuse and negative lead on a body ground then i get voltage. This problem is in the power distribution box under the hood and also the inside fuse box. I was just driving and the truck quit. I replaced the module, the coil, and because I broke it the distributor, thinking it was a spark issue. It will turn over all day but wont start. I checked and cleaned every ground I could find. Please if anyone has any ideas please help. I am at my wits end with this thing. thanks in advance.
I verified and yes if i feel that relay while someone turns the key i can feel and hear it click when the key is turned on and also when the key is turned off.
