There are two fuse boxes. One is in the drivers footwell area and the other one is in the engine compartment, below the brake master cylinder. The second should say "Power Distribution" box or panel etc on it's lid. This second box is where the fuses for the higher amp circuits are located.
If you are refering to the ignition control module it is located in the left fender well, behind the battery. Remove the battery and you will see it attached to a heatsink. There is a special tool available at NAPA and probably other autoparts stores for removing it.
