Straight axel ?

What are the main differences between F1 and F2 front axels. I know the hubs are different but could a F2 front axel work under a F1? I was looking thru a parts magazine at parts for the orginal front end and was curious as to if a swap was possiable, since I have a F1 fram with no front axel but I have a f2 front axel.

F-1-2-3 front axles are the same. So are the spindles. If you have those too, you could use your F-2 stuff and even get a 5 lug front disc conversion kit for it and it would work fine.

Have a spare front axel ( straight ) with spindles, hubs & etc. if you are interested . Denny
