I have 99 f150 off road pack super cab
i was just wondering what kind of power would those spark plugs with four pins on the tip would give out, and would it make a true dual exhaust sound different.

Spark plugs DO NOT add horsepower. If your plugs are due for
replacement, then your truck will naturally run better with the
CORRECT new plugs. With Ford's EDIS, stay with Motorcraft
double platinums......
