Look what i found

I was calling junk yards and found a 6.0 inner cooler and trans cooler. For both, they want $200. just the inner cooler - $170. just trans cooler - $50. Are these good prices? I've got a wicked wheel and inner cooler boots coming from clay. just thought that while i had it apart, if these mods would be worth investin in. Will my boots even fit on that 6.0 cooler? Also found a grill for an '05. Does anyone have the forum that shows you how to fit it on an '01?One last thing, when I install the ww should I put anything on the threads and should I adjust the wastegate? A wholelota questions. If I need I can break them down.See Rick already gitn caught up in tryin to soup it up and its still not even running right.

$50 for the cooler, I'd jump on that. I bought mine out of the wrecking yard for $40.

The intercooler.....with the mods you have listed I don't think you'd see any benefits, in fact if I remember right unless you have a big turbo and sticks it wont do you any good, wont hurt though.

Buy,Buy,buy!Thats a good price for both as long as there in good shape.

I don't have the link to the 05 conversion, keep looking its here some were.

You don't have to put anything on the threads for a WW.

Talk to clay about the IC boots. There is one of them that is different size for the 6.0 IC.IIRC its the one on the pass, side that is different.

Sounds like a deal to me, grab it.. I think you might need the reduced boot from 3.50 to 3 inches, not sure but the only way to tell is find out the size of the 6.0 cooler connection now before Clay ships those new boots out to you, save yourself possible return charges. I see in your sig you already have a 6.0 trans cooler

How much do I adjust the waste gate rod? I'm sure there's a forum for that. It's hard to find the forum your lookig for when theirs like 50000000000000 of them.

for that price i would get both, even if you dont install the ic now you have it if you need it, it took me about 6 months to find one in good shape for a good price.
