Cabin Filter

I have a 2004 F350 and the book says it might have a optional cabin filter. Is this true? and where would it be? I can't find a door for it.

I'm pretty sure you don't have one. I think it was an option on Excursion's only, and maybe some later years, like 08 and on.

Supposidly the place was there but the filter wasnt factory installed. But ive yet to see that spot.

I checked with the dealer and he says that mine (2000 model) definately did not have one. Nice guy at the parts store is happy to sell one for my truck however........
