Need Help!
I have a ford 2006 350 diesel V8 and until recently my truck has been running great. The last few times, when I start my truck in the morning she turns over great and same with the end of the day. I've noticed that if I've been driving for 15 -20 mins and stop somewhere for a 1/2 hour to an hour and try to start the truck she wont' start. She sounds like she wants to but doesn't. If I let her sit for about 3 hours then she will start? What could be causing this? I've made an appointment with the dealership but it will be a few more days before I get her in. Also the check engine light is now on (yellow). When I do a system check it says everything is great.

Welcome to the forum Kimmybaby, The HPOP price is one of contention, some places are more than others, there are quite a few guys on here that can help with that, last year I paid @1900.00 for a complete turbo, HPOP, IPR valve with a warranty so I think it was not to bad. Good luck. STG

I am guessing you may just have an STC fitting on the HPOP leaking and ready to fail. That would be lucky, and less expensive to repair.
Either way, your warranty is 5 years or 100k miles, so you are likely still covered unless you are over on miles.
