Blend Door ??
Looks like my blend door failed yesterday. 
. At least I know the heater works good. Too bad its 85 degrees outside.
190k on the EB. The only indication is the flopping/poping sound I hear. Plus the 120 degree air coming out the vents..
I assume that the noise is the blend door flopping open? I can shut off the hot air by pushing the off button on the climate panel. What does that mean? Give it a few minutes and push the auto again. Then it works fine till I hit a bump or accelerate.
Looks like the Heater Treater kit is my next repair. Removing the EB arm rest looks like the biggest task. Does all the wiring disconnect in one spot?
