What gears?

My 94 Powerstoke fried the starter today and the truck is not worth fixing so I've got a Dana 60 with 4.11 gears that I can throw under my 95 F250. (5.8L E4OD 3.50 gears) So do I regear the front to match the back or regear the back to match the front. The truck is for work only and currently has 265/75/16's that are bald. My thought was to either keep the 3.50 gears and put new tires on it or go to 4.11's and put 285/75/16's on it. Which way will deliver the best mileage? I have 4.11's for the rear but would need to buy 3.50's for the front. RB

I say put the 4.10 gears in the 95 F250 5.8.

For better milage keep the 3.55's but if you want to haul stuff go with 4.10's.

My 88 f150 4x4 has a locker 4:10's in the rear, and the front gears are 4:09
factory- that's a good example of matching them up- the front gears are slightly different from the rears
