What to do first???

OK, so I just picked up a 2005 F-250 Fx4 White Crew Cab 6.0 yesterday with 127,6xx miles on it. What are the first things you guys would do to this truck before putting an serious miles on her? I already changed the secondary fuel filter. Will change the primary fuel filter as soon as I pick up a 36 mm socket for the lid. Will change the oil next weekend. Any other must maintanence items I should do?

flush the cooling system, install a cooling system filter.
