Let me be the first to say welcome to the site. I will also let in on web etiquette: Turn off the caps lock key. Typing in all capital letters is consider as yelling and rude.

In reference to your demand for help I would say you are on the right track. Fuse 13 does supply power to the brake light circuit. It is going to take some circuit tracing to most likely find the problem.

Let me ask you this: Does the fuse blow upon inserting a good fuse or when you step on the brake pedal? Knowing this can help narrow down the search. I have seen a few rare instances of bulbs pulling too much current because the filament shorted to ground. If the bulb is blowing without ever pushing the brake pedal to apply power to the brake circuit you do most likely have a short to ground in the wiring from the fuse block to the brake light circuit.

Your second post on this site does not make you any friends anywhere in this type of forum. We can help you, so please curb your sarcasm.

thanks for your generous answer to my question. i leave caps on in my job so i sincerely apologise for offending the puter community.as to my problem, no it happens at random times, so i believe i'm on the right track, if it happened when i put the brakes on...uh i would know exactly where to look, i was looking for info as to any other place to ck. or of any other places that techs or others that have had the same experience have found the problem.since its 99 degrees here i was hoping to maybe cut my diagnosis time a lil'shorter.i have been doing this kind of work all my life, so i'm sorry if i led you to believe i am a beginner....thx anyway MIKE

How about the trailer plug where it splits off in back, those things can be one heck of a mess sometimes.. ..
