Excursion vibration
Hello, I own a 2001 Excursion Limited that I bought new, other than a fuel pump at 160k and the normal ft. end rebuild 150k it has performed very well. Last week I felt a vibration that came on suddenly, up to 45 mph nothing then it comes on strong from 45 to 55 and again at 65. I had the tire balance checked and I rotate every 5k with out fail and the tire shop has rulled out tire issues. The rear u joint was relaced about a year and a half ago but the ft joints are factory. I am leaning towards the ft joint assembly but I wanted to see if the vibration was common with this issue.
