Base timing
I have a 1992 with a 351. How do I get into base timing. I had to replace the lower intake and pull that dist and It's time to get it running and set timing. Any help would be awesome.

If you marked where the dist before you removed it just drop it back in the same place , remove the spout plug , & set the base timing to 10 deg BTDC , if not you need to turn the motor over to TDC on the compression stroke then drop it in so the rotor is pointing at the #1 wire on the cap ....Lew
