06 f250 in signature. The slider is sticking and will actually get stuck. My brother in law has rhe same issue. I thought about greasing the track. Anyone have any ideas on a fix for this?
Mine did the same thing, most of the time I coudn't get it to open. So I used some white lithium grease on the bottom where the cable pulls it open and closed, both sides, and it works like new now.
I had the same issue with mine when I bought it. I used the silicon too. Before I sprayed it, I blew the channel out with a few shots of air. Used a can of compressed air with the tube.
