1 ton suspension swapper

so I got a little bit of an issue here guys. I have my 97 f250 4x4 psd... The front suspension has the 2 leaf full taper pack, the donor truck that i got my dana 60 out of was a 93 gasser... it also has a 2 leaf full taper pack, but they are positive arc springs. Same length, just the gasser springs are positive arc... So i'm wondering if they are innerchangeable? I want the front end to sit level with the rear, so I don't want to use the negative arc springs. So do I need to go find the three leaf flat f350 springs somewhere, or can I use these things?

Of course when I called ford they were retarded... noone seems to know spring rates or anything, which didn't surprise me... and they said they are not innerchangeable because the suspension setup on all the trucks are all different... duh... So im sure someone on here knows what's up. I know I can use the negative arc 250 springs and not have a problem, but the front end would be way to low with the 1 ton springs and 3" blocks in the rear. What do you guys recommend? I'm currently tearing down the axle and doing seals and bearings and brushing the housing all up so it's new and purty before i put it in. So I have a couple days before I need to take the springs in to get new pads and bushings pressed in and all. Please help guys!!!

Also, if i need more lift in the front end, can i take the 2" f250 blocks out of the rear and put them in the front? I have heard that a small block in the front is not an issue, but when you get into putting like a 4" or 6" block, that's a no-no with the front end for stability issues. a 2" block should be fine though right? I know they use like a 1.5 or 2" block in the front of supper dooty trucks because my buddy has one with them in there stock... comments? concerns? help? please? thanks guys

My truck only has 2 leaves and they are positive arc. I think you'll be fine. With the D60 swap you'll lift the front a little from where it was with your F250, you may end up a hair high in the front after the swap.
DO NOT use a block on the steering axle, ever. There was never an SD that came factory with blocks on the front axle.

Positive arc = smile. Negative arc = frown.

maybe i was just smoking crack looking at that supper dooty... So i called a spring shop and im just going to have all 4 springs rebuilt and rearced... don't know if im going to use the negative arc springs i have in there and just have them arced to a positive arc, or have the positive arc gasser springs rebuilt... i'll have to take a closer look tomorrow and see if one spring pack looks heavier than the other or not... and maybe do what my buddy did and put one of the spare top overload springs from the rear underneath the front spring pack if i need more lift. We shall see, im off to the spring shop tomorrow to drop off the rear packs to be rebuilt and rearced, we'll see what they think about the two front spring packs i have
