Need help

I have a 2006 f350 with 33,500 miles on it. Last year it started too make a tin sound when i first take off with the truck when its cold . it stops after the first take off

. last week the dealer change my 05-07 V10's Exhaust Snap/Pop/Tick/Ping After Engine Turned Off Exhuast System noise . But that did not help. grrrr

I dont understand what the bold typing was. Is there a recall on a part and you dont know what it was called?
