I tried in a different form but maybe it wasn't quite right. I'm looking for a visor for a '79 made out of stainless steel or aluminum. Not sure of a manufacturer but I have seen these on various trucks in the past. In fact there was one listed on eBay a month or so ago and the owner didn't recall where he purchased it either. Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Hi Mick -
I'm assuming you're talking about the exterior visor over the windshield like on the semi's and all?
Have you checked with your local Truck & Trailer USA store or who ever carries Lund products in your area. They may not have it on the shelf, but could probably order it for you.
If not, check with the "Big" truck places.

Thanks......I have looked thru JC's catalog and found nothing. And Carlene if I go into the "big truck" store I'm in trouble cuz I'll come out with more chrome/stainless than I need right now. Especially since fuel is pushing $2.00 a gal here in WI. This just might make be park the trucks. Fuel surcharges aren't being paid and prices keep rising. Thanks again and I'll keep looking.
