Another Sparkplug Question
I'm taking my truck (2000 5.4L) to my mechanic in the AM to find out why my truck is running rough. I'm 98% sure it's sparkplugs/coils. He told me that if a sparkplug or coil is bad, that they all need to be replaced, b/c if 1 goes bad, the others are probably close to going bad too. I have a little over 36k miles. According to my Scheduled Maintenance Guide, they should be replaced at 100k miles. Should I have them all changed, or are they just trying to make some money?
I'd greatly appreciate any prompt response, I'd like to have some knowledge before I take it in tomorrow. Thank you
