FICM Question

Hey Guys i have a question on my 2003 f350 lariat 4 wheel drive 6.0 liter diesel truck i recently have a no start truck and i checked my FICM for the proper voltage (i have 7 screws) and only one screw reaches a 42 volt mark on the meter and one other makes it to 12 and the rest are dead my question is i took the ficm apart and notices 2 pins that have no solder on them at all and the rest are all full could this be a problem ? I already soldered the issues on the small curcuit board and i also found on the big board a problem with cracked or missing solder on the long shafts that the screws go in to it looks like a nut on the bottom and there are seven of them ! Am i making any sence lol !
Thanks

I'm going to try and attach the picture of the 7 pin voltages, but I do know that there is only one pin that has 48.
