HELP! no start!

ok guys. just got home from work. i let the ol stepdad use the truck today while i fixed some stuff on his. a little truck trade for the day, no biggie right? wrong!
he calls to tell me that the truck died when he was turning around in the neighborhood. now it wont start at all. he said he just came directly here highway miles about 45 ac running. the truck did feel a little hot but the temp guage says we are still good. i thought it was the battery since it was on its way out. we just tried jumping it with no result. when trying to turn it over, you hear the fuel pump go, starter solenoid click, and thats about it. the truck is a 95 f150, 5spd, 4x4, with the 300. please help me out here. i need the truck tomorro. last time i let anyone use my girl.......oh did i mention....HELP!

ok so if it is the pip sensor, then the fuel pump wont come on...mine comes on. it doesnt even turn over. all there is is the click from the solenoids/relays, and i hear the fuel pump but thats it.

all i can tell you is if you read those posts ,somewhere there probably is your solution. Ive been days on mine and it hasnt started yet- Im waiting on the battery to charge. Bill has been a huge help to me and im sure he wont want to repeat his posts again. Weve been back and forth for days. I had my friends here and all they wanted to do was drop the tanks. Im Glad Bill is on this site- he saved me a ton of work so far. Good luck and keep us posted

You may have a bad spade connector down on the starter solenoid.
Move the spade around an if it starts cut back about one inch of wire and crimp on a new spade connector.
