Want to get rid of my toolbox/aux tank combo box, will I need new fuel neck hoses?

Came with the truck and I don't use the tank, and just want a normal tool box in the back for the quad equipment and various other things I carry. I want to sell this one and buy another. Has anyone had one before? Will I need to replace the fuel neck or any hoses at that matter? This tank is designed to fill the tanks as they go empty from what I understand. So I am guessing the hoses run to the tank or into the fill neck? I want to get the new parts I will need before I start ripping into it and pull this thing out.

Toolbox and fuel tank combos

That's the website, I have the Diamond Plate 50 gallon TRAX-II system.

I live in Central CA, and I haven't figured out a asking price yet. The guy I bought the truck from put it in not too much before I bought it from him. What you guys think I should ask for it?? I would like to maybe get enough cash to put towards an IC setup for my truck or my stage 1 injectors. It's around $1700 brand new, maybe like $1200? IDK

I wouldn't let it go for $750, I can see maybe $1000 if someone brought cash in hand, this box is in great shape and still looks brand new. I thought $500 off +/- was already fair.
