dp tuner drive true?

dp tuner drive true?
Does any one use it in the morning when the engine is cold. Can i use it first thing in the morning on start up to go to work. It will be on for about 1 min or about 600 feet tjen i could use the stock setting till i get up to temp.

If you can handle the white smoke and burning sensation in your eyes. You should clear it with your neighbors first. On the cooler mornings, it will probably smoke a lot due to the lesser SOI and slower SOC.

It's not recommended to use the drive thru tune until the engine is up to to normal operating temp.

The drive thru tune sucks for me in the morning, I try not to use any of the tunes until the truck warms up or at least has had a minute to circulate some of the oil. I use my high idle to warm it up but usually let it idle for about a min first. <3 my DP Tuner... LOL

I don't use my drive thru in the morning, but it sure does work great when you want to pull up and talk to someone. Went though a license check a while back and when I pulled up, I hit the switch while the officer was at the window. I don't think he ever looked at my license, but I did get to explain my chip and run though all 12 tunes. I thought he was going to climb in a go for a ride. It was fun though and before I finally got away, I had all three over there checking it out. I did roll them a little smoke as I pulled away, of course I had the window down and waving all the way.
