I am wanting to do a supercab swap onto a hiboy chassis, frame, and driveshaft length are of no concern, how much of a pain will it be to fit the supercab cab onto a 75-77 highboy chassis. and help would be great, thanks aaron

I live in nw kansas, seems to be a long ways away from most of you, ihave a 77 chassis, and access to several supercab cabs, a neighboring towns ford dealer has a small junkyard which in heaven, it is all ford parts

It should be relativily easy, as if I am thinking correctly there were supercab highboys available between 75-77 so as long as you can get a set of rubber cab mounts the mounting holes should already be there, also i assume you know this but if it is a 4x4 all you have to do is switch the bolt on floor pan in the cab to have the proper hole for your 4x4 shifter.

Are you talking about mounting a supercab cab onto a regular cab frame? If so, I think you will have to fabricate a body lift (2-3") to makeup for the differences in the frames. And you will have to use a flatbed, or cut down a regular box - super cab shortbed doesnot equal regular cab longbed - wheel bases are different...
Might be easiest to find a supercab frame and build up from there...
