Possible bad/ dirty IAC?
I have a 2006 F150 5.4 and when the vehicle is warm and I stop at a red light the RPM's drop and it sounds like a rod is about to come out the side of the block, if I raise the RPM's it stops and smooths out. A friend said it may be a bad IAC, should I try cleaning it out first? The vehicle has 104,500 miles on it and it does not do it all the time.
