Hub/balljoint question

Hub/balljoint question
Hi all. I was under the truck trying to grease my ball joints and everything and I noticed a rubber gasket at each front wheel kind of over the are where the rim meets the axle shaft. The rubber was not attached to anything, just kind of floating. Do I need to be concerned?

Most likely it is the same on each wheel. Mine were like that when I bought my truck. They 'pop' out all of the time and should not cause you any problems for being 'out'.
